Experienced CMM Metrology Engineer providing applications support on Zeiss Calypso and Hexagon PC-Dmis. Ability to provide independent CMM advice and consultation. Training and programming support on new and existing projects. Running Grr trials and evaluation using Q-DAS Solara, formulating and implementation of action plans to achieve the required Grr results. Measurement experience includes Sheet Metal Components, Interior Trim Components, Jigs and Fixtures, Plastic Medical Devices (Multi Cavitation’s), High Precision Ceramic Components and High specification engine components. Zeiss and Hexagon trained.
